Villa with swimming pool will be made available exclusively for single families or single pre-established groups.
Thus, the common areas will remain exclusive areas for guests present on the site
The cleaning and sanitization of the villa will be carried out before arrival and at the end of the stay. You can arrange a cleaning and sanitizing at shorter intervals, without the presence of guests and cleaning staff, but by establishing set times.
NB: in case the stay should be postponed for reasons attributable to any extraordinary closures arranged by the Italian State (or foreign) or by the owner, a COUPON “RECOVER 100% TRAVEL” will be available to be used in the following 12 months in compensation for the cost of the new holiday stay.
